Alexandru Ragalie, of Romanian nationality born in Bucharest, is currently living and working in Vienna, Austria.
The founder of Win the Planet, he is currently studying for a Masters in "Online Marketing" at the Academy of Economical Studies Bucharest, Romania (from which he also graduated with a BA in Business Administration).
On the professional side, Alexandru has been working since June 2009 as a Financial Analyst for one of the largest food companies in the world.
Before holding this position he was National Committee Vice-President for AIESEC (the world’s largest student-run organization) in the Dominican Republic.

Anca Morariu, born in Turnu Severin, has lived in different cities of Romania and is currently working and living in Barcelona, Spain.
Graduated the Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, she has specialized in International Relations and European Studies and is enrolled at the moment in ACCA.
Starting from 2010 she got involved in an accelerated development programme with focus on finance area within a multinational company, allowing her to combine professional development and tasting cultural diversity.

Sara Usinger was born in Mainz/Germany in 1982. After school she did an European Volunteer Service in a small village in Finland and is now living and studying in Cologne/Germany.
She studies economics with a focus on cooperative management (Microfinance) and social policy and aims to finish her diploma thesis beginning of 2011.
During the last years Sara was an active member of amnesty international and AIESEC.
Her international professional experience include a three month internship in Tehran/Iran where she was working for a local NGO and a community manager positions for Sandbox in Zurich/Switzerland.
Sara is a passionated reader, she loves travelling, photography and meeting new people. She is interested in everything related to social entrepreneurship, sustainability and development.
